With that in mind, we have designed a marketing program utilizing our network of Real Estate Professionals, technology, and the Internet to get your property the greatest exposure. Some of the marketing items we create are:

  • eCards:

    Our eCards are an incredible way to market your listing to the broker population. An eCard is a HTML coded email that is rich in property photos, description, and links back to a property website with more information. Through our relationships over the years, we have built a database of thousands of the top real estate agents and have them broken down into groups of agents who sell properties in certain communities. This is a target-market approach to selling your home.

  • Property Website:

    We create a property website just for your home. The website is rich in content, photo gallery, school information, demographics, map, virtual tours, and four different property flyer’s a perspective buyer can download. The websites are Social Media friendly and can be “liked” on Facebook and pushed out on Twitter. The big thing is that we syndicate your property website, which feeds it into the top consumer real estate websites in the world.

  • 2 Virtual Tours:

    An MLS compliant tour and a branded tour.

  • YouTube Video:

    We will create a custom video of your home and post it on our YouTube page. YouTube is fast becoming one of the best avenues to promote real estate, and we are on the cutting edge.

  • Craigslist Ad:

    These posts really drive traffic to your site and listing.

  • Text Code:

    We use an SMS Text Code on all of our print media and yard signs. When used, the recipient receives text message containing a property description and a link to your mobile-enabled property website.

  • QR Code:

    QR stands for Quick Response. When a buyer scans in the QR Code with their phone, they are directed right to your property website. We use these in some of our print media.

  • Property Flyer:

    We create a Property Flyer with Text Code, QR Code, website address, multiple photos, and a detailed description. These are great for open houses and for a box on your yard sign.

Additionally, even though we have found what we believe to be better avenues to market listings, we still create a considerable amount of print media with newspaper ads and post cards.
